hi everyone, I'm new to Jamroom, migrating over from ning 3, I am having a hard time gasping everything, even after following the awesome documentation, I get lost when I get in the acp. I keep bugging tech support and they never complain no matter how many times they explain. if only there was tech support for comprehension lol, have a great day every one!

Stations and Playlists

I've tried looking in the documentation as well as the forums, however I can't figure out how to create stations, as I don't have anything listed (Image attached). When I go to my music or video stations, the titles are all there (station center, top stations, newest stations), however there aren't any stations to play music or videos. How do I create them? I tried creating playlists, however that didn't work. When I click the "add to playlist" button on a song, I get the error "Error:...

Has anyone set up multiple jamroom instances for high availability? Would there be any issues load balancing to mirrored instances and replicating databases across them?

I've finally got sharing working - at least to Twitter but there is a problem perhaps related to having the editor enabled. If content is embedded (looks great on the JR5 timeline) at Twitter it shows up as "raw code". Even the most basic of posts "plain text" ends up with the HTML showing . quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes and admin

This has had me confused for a while: If a profile quota has quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes set to "off", admin still sees the privacy options in profile settings but changing the setting has no effect. Shouldn't that dropdown be disabled, or not appear at all? Or should admin be able to override that setting for a profile?

Hello we miss the option to see the followers or following like on twitter as 120 On jamroom only images we see not the numer? Can you set this?

Hi, I've touched this topic before and I see others too in the past: Here is the question > Is there a way I can place banner Adds on my users 'Profile' page that would only be seen by that user and their visitors? The skin in question is FollowMe We used to be able to do this on Jam4, but we have come a long way since.
